	July 11, 2008 Rockwell Estimates Three Month Earnings
	Rockwell to Release Q1 Results on July 15, 2008 July 11, 2008, Vancouver, BC, Rockwell Diamonds Inc. ("Rockwell" or the "Company") (TSX: RDI; JSE: RDI; OTCBB: RDIAF) advises shareholders that earnings per share for the three month period ending May 31, 2008, is expected to show a loss of CDN$0.003 per share compared to the loss of CDN$0.03 for the comparative period ended May 31, 2007. Basic and fully diluted per share loss figures will be included in the definitive statements. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company's auditors. The unaudited results for the period ended May 31, 2008 are expected to be published on July 15, 2008.
